Preview & Share Email in Postcards

In the top-right corner of the editor, you’ll find a blue button with an eye icon and a small arrow. Clicking it opens a menu with two options:

• Preview & Share
• Email Preview

Preview & Share

Selecting this option changes the top bar and gives you a dedicated preview environment:

Inside Preview & Share, you can:

1. Preview your email on both Desktop and Mobile views to ensure your layout looks perfect across all devices.
2. Switch between Light and Dark mode previews using the toggle to see how your email appears in different color schemes.

• Preview your email in different email clients (such as Apple Mail, Outlook macOS, and Outlook Windows) using the client selector in the top toolbar. This helps identify client-specific rendering differences early.

3. Make a Copy – If someone shares a project link with you, this button will appear when you open the link/project. Clicking it creates a copy of the project in your Drafts, allowing you to edit it independently.
4. Choose project visibility settings with two options:

• Team Only – Only teammates with access to the project can view or make copies.
• Everyone – Anyone with the share link can view and duplicate the project.

5. Share – Share your design using multiple options:

• Share your design directly on social platforms like X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, or LinkedIn.
• Send via Email to share your preview privately.
• Copy URL to quickly generate a shareable link for clients or collaborators.
• Send a test email to check rendering, image display, and spacing in your inbox before sending your campaign.

Always review both desktop and mobile versions, then send a test email before exporting; it’s the easiest way to spot alignment or font issues early and ensure your design looks great everywhere.

Important:

On Free accounts, the Preview & Share option is limited to viewing only. Sharing via link or social is available exclusively on Plus and Pro plans.

Email Preview

When you select Email Preview, a pop-up opens with the following options:

• Your registered email address (the one you used to sign up).
• Ability to add additional emails depending on your plan:

Plan limits:

• Free plan → Can only send to your registered email.
• Plus plan → Can send to your registered email + 1 additional email (total 2).
• Pro plan → Can send to your registered email + up to 3 additional emails (total 4).

Once you click Send, the preview of your newsletter will be delivered to the specified inboxes, so you can check exactly how it will look to recipients before sending it out for real.

Viewing Permissions

Shared with Everyone: When you choose Copy URL, the generated link can be shared publicly. Anyone who accesses this link can view the project and create a copy in their own workspace.

Shared with Team Only: If someone outside your team tries to access, or if a team member is signed out - the content will be unavailable. This ensures privacy for in-progress or internal work.
