If you see the “Done!” message when clicking on the Send Message button, that means that the scripts from the front-end part work fine.
There are two reasons why the contact page might not work.
- You didn’t add your email in the ajax-email.php file, which is located in the root folder next to the index.html file: https://cl.ly/lRU5
- If you already changed your ajax script and it still didn’t work – perhaps the server you’re using is not allowed to send the emails by default config and you need to ask for the support crew turn it on. Please, ask them to turn on the mail function or do it manually using the admin panel of your hosting service provider.
