Group
If you want to treat two or more elements as a single unit, you can use Group. Grouping elements is useful when:
- You need to apply shared settings (like background, margin, or padding) to a set of elements.
- You want to keep your layout organized, especially when working with many elements.
To add a new group:
Click the plus (+) button in the top bar – this opens the module picker.
Choose Basic Modules, and at the end of the list, you will find options to select the Group module.
In the Layer panel, a new module with an empty Group will appear. Simply drag and drop your own elements (images, text, etc.) from the Layer panel on the left side into the group below.
Use this option only if you would like to have a new separate module with a new group.
There are more options for creating a group.
Select the elements that are supposed to stay in a group and press CMD + G (Mac) or Ctrl + G (Windows)
This option will keep elements in the same module without the need to drag them to another place.
Alternatively, choose elements, right-click with your mouse and choose the Group option.
Last, but not least option.
When navigating through the Layers structure, hovering above or below a specific element will reveal a small plus (+) button, clicking it will prompt a bubble of available elements that can be inserted - from here you’ll be able to choose Group.
Note: Modules couldn’t be in the same group, only elements inside the module could be grouped.
