Export the Postcards Email Template to Brevo

Steps to Follow

Step 1: Selecting the Template

Begin by opening the Postcards app and selecting the newsletter template you want to work on.

Step 2: Customizing the Template

Take your time to customize the newsletter template according to your needs. Once you are satisfied with the result, proceed with exporting it.

Step 3: Initiating Export

Navigate to the top right of your screen and click the “Export” button. From the dropdown menu, select “Send to Email Platform.”

Step 4: Accessing Integrations

A pop-up window will appear showing various one-click integration options.

Next, select Brevo from the list of available integrations.

This will open a new pop-up window requesting your Brevo account API key.

Step 5: Generating an API Key

The “API key” text is a clickable link that will take you to your Brevo account, specifically to the API section. Since you don’t have an API key yet, click on the “API key” link to proceed. You will be redirected to Brevo, where you can click “Generate API key” in the top-right corner.

Name it “Postcards API,” then click “Generate.”

Step 6: Copying the API Key

Once your API key is generated, click the “Copy” button to copy it to your clipboard, then click “OK.”

Step 7: Returning to Postcards and Completing the Integration

Return to the Postcards app and paste the API key you copied from your Brevo account into the API key field.

Below it, you will find an optional field for naming the integration, which you can leave blank. Click “Connect” to finalize the integration.

Now that your Brevo account is connected, verify that your template has been successfully imported by clicking the link to the Brevo templates page.
