Export the Postcards Email Template to Zoho Campaigns

Welcome to the Postcards email builder! In this tutorial, we’ll guide you through exporting email templates to your Zoho Campaigns account using Postcards’ one-click integration.

Steps to Follow

Start by opening the Email Template you're editing. Mine looks like:

Ready to Export

Once you’ve customized your newsletter, you can export it to Zoho Campaigns. Click the “Export” button in the top-right corner, then choose “Send to Email Platform.”

One-Click Integration

Clicking “Send to Email Platform” opens a pop-up with available one-click integrations. For this tutorial, we’ll sync the template with Zoho Campaigns, so choose “Zoho Campaigns” from the list.

You’ll then see a sign-in page for your Zoho account. After logging in, you’ll be asked to authorize the connection between Postcards and Zoho. Click “Accept” to confirm.

Zoho Platform

Voila! All set. After granting access, your email template will be automatically added to your Zoho Campaigns account. You’ll also see a direct link that takes you to your Zoho platform.

Once there, you’ll find the newly imported template. Open it to see that it matches exactly what you created in Postcards.
